Morphological and physiological-biochemical variability of spore-forming bacteria isolated from the agrocoenosis of winter wheat

From an agrocoenosis of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.; phylloplane and rhizosphere the root system; typical chernozem, soil column measuring up to 40 cm), using classical microbiological methods, we had isolated bacteria characterized them according morphological features as representatives Gram-positive spore-forming Bacillus sp. genus. In earing-swelling phase grain, screening studies found non-pigmented forms colonies bacterial isolates, 19 which were classified colonial-morphological diversity R-type with diameter 7 13 mm.
